Cheers to the Land is a collaboration between Oregon’s great craft beverage makers and Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT). Each year, OAT invites brewers around the state to create new beverages with ingredients grown on Oregon farms. Specialty Cheers brews are released around National Farmer’s Day every October, with celebrations and events happening all month long.

Cheers to the Land was started as an awareness campaign, to highlight the importance of protecting farmland and ranchland across Oregon, which is being lost at an alarming rate. Between just 2017-2022, Oregon lost 660,000 acres (4%) of its ag land from production. As a statewide nonprofit and an accredited land trust, OAT partners with farmers and ranchers to permanently protect agricultural land through conservation and advocacy efforts—keeping ag land For Ag. Forever.
